We use the United States Postal Service. We have never had an item lost or damaged in the mail.

Do your items come in a box?
Our items are shipped in a clear baggie and bubble wrap. There is a gift wrap option available. Please check the gift wrap category in our store.

Will you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship to all countries in the world. Contact us for a rate quote if the site does not add it in for you. We do not offer shipping insurance for first class mail international packages. To get shipping insurance for an international package, you will need to upgrade to express mail. All duties are the buyer's responsibility. Please note buyers from the UK will probably be charged a duty upon receipt. We do not mark our items as gifts as that is a felony punishable by jail time in the USA if caught. Thanks!

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
We charge by the weight of the final package. Jewelry is generally pretty light to ship. Therefore, shipping and handling is generally $3.00 for 1 - 2 items and $1.00 for every extra item. Shipping insurance is extra and optional and we charge the exact amount the United States Postal Service charges for shipping insurance.

What is your return policy?
The Silver Diva would like for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your items and you are not satisfied, simply contact us and then return your items within 14 days for a full refund including shipping and handling. The exception to this is hand stamped jewelry which can only be refunded if there is a mistake on our part. Please be sure the spelling is correct when you send us what you want to be hand stamped!

What is 925?
925 is the international mark indicating that something is sterling silver. It stands for 92.5% silver and the rest is other metals/alloys.

How should you care for your silver jewelry?
Sterling silver tarnishes as a result of contact with the air. Therefore, you should always keep your silver jewelry in an airtight bag. Nothing fancy is needed - a regular ziploc bag will do the trick. If you keep your jewelry in an airtight bag, you will only need to clean it a couple times a year. DO NOT use anything abrasive like toothpaste!! There are excellent silver cleaners you can buy at the grocery store. We recommend Wright's Silver Polish as it also contains an anti-tarnish. Simply rub the polish on and use a soft sloth to rub it in. Then rinse off and dry with a soft cloth. Use a polishing cloth to buff it up even shinier and you're good to go!

Yes! All of our items are 925 sterling silver. They are 100% solid sterling silver, not plated.

Do you ship other methods than USPS first class mail?
YES! We're happy to ship you priority mail or express mail for an additional charge. Let us know your needs and we'll be happy to accommodate you!

Will you ship with shipping insurance?
Yes, but shipping insurance is optional and extra. We charge the exact amount that USPS would charge you. If you would like shipping insurance, please let us know. Nothing has ever been lost in the mail or broken even with all of the international shipments that we send so we don't really recommend buying shipping insurance unless your package is over $100 in value.

How fast will I get my item(s)?
Please check our home page announcement for our current production times. During major gift giving holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas), it can take up to a minimum of one week to MAKE your order. When we send out your order, you will receive an email from paypal letting you know your delivery confirmation number (so long as you live in the United States) which you can usually use to track your shipment on the USPS website. Generally, if you live in the United States, you will receive your package within 3-10 business days from the time it's shipped. International customers generally take 1-3 weeks to receive after the item is shipped. If your item is shipped during the holidays, it may take a little longer as well.

What if I need my item faster than your current production time?
We do offer a rush shipping option. The cost for domestic purchases is $30 which includes priority shipping. Your item will ship the next business day if you opt for the rush charge. Please contact us for details or if you need a rush quote for an international package.
